Clockwise is an AI-powered calendar assistant that optimizes team schedules to create more time in everyone’s day. As Founding Designer and Head of Design, I helped scale Clockwise from a proof-of-concept startup to a thriving business with hundreds of thousands of users and millions in ARR. I developed the company’s AI agent strategy, implemented user-centric frameworks like Jobs-to-be-Done, led a successful rebrand, and shaped strategy as part of the executive team. A highlight of my role was building a world-class six-person design team.

As Product Design Lead, I led a small, cross-functional team tasked with uncovering transformative product opportunities for Twitter. Prior to that, I designed, launched, and optimized numerous consumer-facing and revenue-generating initiatives, helping to shape Twitter’s core experiences and advertising capabilities. Additionally, I program-managed Twitter's Design & Research Mentorship Program, enabling designers and researchers to positively impact their teammates' career growth and development.

As Design Lead at OrderUp, I led a small team of product and marketing designers through a successful business transformation that eventually led to the company’s acquisition by Groupon. I spearheaded the brand’s transition from a B2B white-label platform to a nationwide consumer-facing service, partnered with Engineering to modernize infrastructure, and established an experimentation framework to drive data-informed decisions.
