In 2012, I led the project to rebrand and rename the company, working closely with a digital branding agency. The new brand is compelling, scalable, and on-vision.
Citing research and analytics, I helped reverse an under-performing native app strategy. In just a few short months, our new mobile site is already driving 10% of revenue.
Along with the VP of Engineering, I led a complete overhaul of our desktop UI. As a result, conversion rate, avg order value & engagement all saw significant gains.
Less an initiative and more an outcome; our revamped digital experiences have fueled considerable vertical growth, handily beating internal projections.
Over the years as a freelancer and consultant, I’ve helped a variety of companies and startups succeed in the digital world by designing for their users’ needs.
I believe designers should know how to build what they design. A capable UI developer, I enjoy designing in the browser and working in Ruby on Rails and C#.
